We feel that the ability to analyse blood samples promptly is imperative in a modern day practice and to this effect we have blood machines in our lab to analyse samples taken from your pet. This way we can screen our patients for organ dysfunction prior to anaesthetics and perform more in depth blood work to help diagnose other conditions immediately.
Blood work, microscopy and urine analysis can all be used to help diagnose diseases. Fine needle aspirate (FNA) samples can be taken from any lumps and bumps you find on your pets and the samples can be analysed immediately. Dan’s experience and additional training/acquisition of further certification in small animal medicine puts him in a great position to investigate, diagnose and treat all forms of medical ailment from eye conditions to reproductive disease and everything in between!
