Practice Manager Position
Position for Veterinary Practice Manager
A unique opportunity for an organised individual to step into a part or full time practice management role at the Mobile Vet Ltd. The role would involve working closely with Dan, the director to continue developing the business.
Candidates should have a passion for animals, exemplary customer service ability plus meticulous time management and organisational skills in order to manage this 4 vet small animal practice and team of staff (to include 4 nurses and 3 reception)
The successful candidate should be resourceful, enthusiastic and forward thinking to fit with the innovative ethos which surrounds the company. Good computer literacy skills are a must and a background in accounts/HR would be useful. Previous experience in the veterinary industry is not essential although experience in practice management or veterinary nursing with an interest in business would put an applicant in good stead.
Part time option or 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday with one built in half day a week.
Salary circa 20-25K depending on experience, company pension, CPD allowance, 28 days hols, work socials and bonuses; plenty of support & training in amongst an exceptional team.

Displays and Advertising Waiting Room Video
Print Adverts Digital Marketing and Promotional eMails and texts in conjunction with external provider.
Website content control in conjunction with external provider
Open days and events
Maintenance of the buildings, cars, veterinary equipment etc
Stock Control and repeat prescriptions
Development and implementation of Pet Healthcare Plan
Health and Safety Compliance, Practice Standards Scheme, GDPH compliance, FCA compliance CPD compliance.
Insurance claims, Debt management, Cost control and budgeting
